Summer Futsal Camp
Sharpen your skills this summer with our high-energy Futsal Camp! Designed for players born between 2008 and 2018, this camp focuses on ball control, quick decision-making, and creativity in tight spaces. Each training block includes six 1-hour sessions, held twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Open to NUFC players and NYSA recreation players!
Groups will be divided based on ability to ensure appropriate development and competition for all participants.
Why should I play futsal?
Futsal is a powerful tool for player development, offering a fast-paced, high-touch environment that accelerates technical growth and decision-making. Played on a smaller, hard court with a heavier ball, futsal demands precise ball control, quick passes, and constant movement. This environment naturally improves a player’s footwork, spatial awareness, and creativity under pressure. Because players are constantly involved in the game, they get more touches on the ball and more opportunities to develop their confidence and composure in tight spaces—skills that directly translate to improved performance on the full-size soccer field.
